REVOLT! is a politically and socially engaged dance theatre performance about peer pressure, protesting, and questioning the status quo—challenging audiences to think critically, speak out, and stay true to themselves. In her signature multidisciplinary style, choreographer and theatre maker Cecilia Moisio blends personal stories, real-time social experiments, theatre, video, and dance to create a powerful wake-up call for anyone aged 13 to 113. Based on in-depth research with young people aged 12 to 25, REVOLT explores both personal and socio-political struggles with vulnerability, humor, and urgency, encouraging audiences to make a difference in society.
