Schijn (in Dutch - “appearance”, “semblance”, but also “gleam” or “shine”; “schijnen” as a verb is “to shine” or “to illuminate”) - is a 15 min solo created as a result of the artistic research exploring the relationship between meaning, movement, and narrative, conducted in my last year of studies at ArtEZ University of Arts.
